Designed with large handmade pockets, horn buttons and wide lapels, this coat is so fluffy and comfortable it can be used at low temperatures and worn over something as light as a silk garment.

This garment has been crafted with care from noble natural fibers. Allow it to rest between wears so the fibers can recover their natural shape and softness. Always follow the care label for pressing and cleaning guidance, and entrust the piece only to a professional dry cleaner experienced with delicate materials.
When not in use, fold gently and store inside the CHACCU garment cover, ideally with natural cedar or a light moth repellent. Keep in a cool, dry environment, protected from direct sunlight and heat.

You may request an exchange for any item purchased on chaccu.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the steps below:
- Fill out the Exchange Form.
This will initiate your exchange request and send it to our Customer Care team for review. - Receive your Exchange Authorization.
Within 1 business day of submitting your request, you will receive an Exchange Authorization by email. This authorization is required in order for us to process your exchange. - Prepare your item for exchange.
Once your Exchange Authorization has been issued, please ensure that the item(s) you are sending back are in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing components cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. - Follow the instructions provided.
Our Customer Care team will include all remaining steps and shipping instructions in your Exchange Authorization email to help you complete your exchange smoothly.
