This will initiate your exchange request and send it to our Customer Care team for review. - Receive your Exchange Authorization.
Within 1 business day of submitting your request, you will receive an Exchange Authorization by email. This authorization is required in order for us to process your exchange. - Prepare your item for exchange.
Once your Exchange Authorization has been issued, please ensure that the item(s) you are sending back are in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories included. Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing components cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. - Follow the instructions provided.
